Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi and Cuban Minister of Foreign Trade and Foreign Investment Rodrigo Malmierca Diaz signed the Action Plan to implement the Medium-term Bilateral Economic Agenda for the 2021-2025 period witnessed by President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel.
This is one of the important documents signed under the witness President Nguyen Xuan Phuc and First Secretary of the Communist Party of Cuba, Cuban President Miguel Diaz Canel. The action plan includes specific cooperation contents in 18 fields of mutual interest to contribute in further promoting the comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Cuba.

The Cuban Minister highly appreciated the good cooperation results of SanVig Joint Venture (Viglacera and Prodimat) to contribute to providing high quality sanitary ware products meeting the needs of the building materials market in Cuba and hoped that two sides could expand cooperation in the field of cement production.
The Cuban Minister of Construction thanked the Vietnamese Ministry of Construction for creating conditions for Dinvai Cuba Consulting Company in Vietnam to maintain and expand consulting activities in the Vietnam market and hoped two sides to cooperate in new joint venture projects.
