CHAPTER Ⅰ GENERAL PROVISIONS
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Ordinance is to prescribe matters delegated by the National Land Planning and Utilization Act, the Enforcement Decree thereof, the Enforcement Rules thereof and other related Acts and subordinate statutes as well as those necessary for the enforcement thereof.
