PARTNERSHIP REPORT FOR THE CONSULTATIVE GROUP MEETING
1.IntroductionThe Viet Nam Urban Forum VUF is officially founded on 22nd October 2003, with the signatures in the Memorandum of Understanding of 7 Vietnamese partners Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Ministry of Home Affaires, Ministry of Finance, Viet Nam Association of Cities, Ha Noi People’s Committee and 8 international partners UNDP, WB, ADB, SDC, EC, French Embassy, SCF-UK and BTC, and MOC is the coordinating agency.
