On the afternoon of January 19, 2010 at the Ministry of Construction, with the authorization of the Ministry of Construction and Hanoi City’s People Committee, Mr. Luu Duc Hai - Director of Urban Development Bureau, Mr Nguyen Van Hai - Director of Hanoi Architecture and Planning Department, Mr. Laurent Pandolfi - the Project Manager Training Specialized Urban of the Region Ile de France signed a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Construction, Hanoi City’s People Committee and the Region Ile de France; Mr. Luu Duc Hai and Mr. Laurent Pandolfi signed cooperation contract between two parties and the Ministry of Construction Region Ile de France Reviewer of planning projects on construction of the Hanoi capital to 2030 and vision to 2050 by Joint venture consultant PPJ and Institute of Architecture, Urban and Rural Planning under Ministry of Construction is conducting up.
Present at the signing were representatives of the French Embassy in Vietnam, leaders of the Department under Ministry of Construction, Architecture – Planning Department, Hanoi Foreign Office, Planning and Steering Committee Office of construction capital region of Hanoi.
Reviewer cooperation contracts will take effect immediately after signing and ending after the Prime Minister's official approval of planning schemes on construction of the Hanoi capital.
