Present at the signing ceremony were Deputy Minister of Construction Bùi Phạm Khánh, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sport and Tourism Trần Chiến Thắng, Legation of the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, Leaders of the Nikken Sekkei Company, along with representatives of the Government Office, Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism, Vietnam Cultural Heritage Assosiation, the departments concerned of the Ministry Construction, Project Management Unit.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Deputy Minister Bùi Phạm Khánh on behalf of the State Steering Committee for Construction requested that the Project Management Unit and the Nikken Sekkei Company strictly followed the agreement signed by both parties in the contract, suggested the Nikken Sekkei Company coordinate closely with relevant agencies of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam in the process of implementing this Agreement.
Deputy Minister Bùi Phạm Khánh also requested that the relevant units of the Ministry of Construction direct and help the Nikken Sekkei Company for successfully implement of the project.
On behalf of the Project Management Unit, Director. Nguyễn Quang Nam have been thanked for the help and support of the Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism and other agencies and departments related to the project, and pledged to work closely with the contractor, efforts to complete the project construction - where stored cultural history value of the Vietnamese Nation in the history of founding and defending the Country - to ensure progress and the highest quality of the project.
