Attending at the meeting were Mr. Nguyễn Văn Thiện - Deputy Province Committee Secretary, Chairman of Binh Dinh Province, Mr. Phan Cao Thắng, Secretary of Party Committee of Quy Nhon City, Mr. Thái Ngọc Bích - Chairman and Quy Nhon City and representative leaders of the departments of Binh Dinh.
On behalf of the local leaders, Mr. Thái Ngọc Bích was presented before the Council evaluate the contents of the project and assess current status and development of infrastructure quality of Quy Nhon by six classification criteria stipulated in Decree No. 42/2009/NĐ-CP of the Government and Circular instructions of the Ministry of Construction 34/2009/TT-BXD, including: standards for the features urban population of full-scale urban population density, urban rate of non-agricultural workers; urban infrastructure system, urban landscape architecture. According to the local, in accordance with current regulations on classification of urban, Quy Nhon City has adequate standards of urban level I.
Reviewer reports of the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Department of Urban Development - Ministry of Construction was rated seriousness of the project with data completeness and accuracy. Through research records and actual surveys, the response measures agreed with the results of local self assessment, but also noted a number of points needed to complete the editing scheme. Members of the Council also assessed with high consensus project, and raised some content suggested Binh Dinh and Quy Nhon City of concern to overcome in the near future for the city of Quy Nhon really deserve the kind I like urban waste water treatment, attracting investment capital to build infrastructure, management planning, architecture, public transport...
Addressing the meeting concluded, Deputy Minister Cao Lại Quang - Chairman of the Council summarizing the evaluation was to assess the views of members and recommendations the leaders of Binh Dinh and Quy Nhon City kept detailed comments records of membership of the Council, increased attention to quality of life of urban residents, promote the construction of infrastructure and capacity building of managers and urban construction. Evaluation Council has approved the Project, and report to Prime Minister to decision recognize the Quy Nhon City is urban level I under Binh Dinh Province. /.
