• In the framework of Vietnam Green Building Week 2020, the Ministry of Construction organized a Conference on equipment, energy efficient technology and resources on December 10th.

  • The Ministry of Construction held a seminar on Green and Energy Saving building materials on December 10th. This is one of the seminars in the series of activities of Vietnam Green Building Week 2020.

  • Ministry of Construction in coordination with German International Cooperation in Vietnam (GIZ) organized a workshop “Orientation for Development of Urban and rural systems in the Mekong Delta” on December 10th, in Cantho city. Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi attended and spoke to open the workshop. There were representatives of ministries, central agencies, 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta, experts, scientists, international organizations, associations at the workshop.

  • The Ministry of Construction coordinated with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) to open the Vietnam Green Building Week 2020 on December 9th, in Hanoi with the presence of Deputy Minister Le Quang Hung, UNDP Viet Nam Deputy Resident Representative Sitara Syed; representatives of departments and agencies under the Ministry of Construction; business community; domestic and international experts.

  • Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi attended a high-level bilateral meeting with Korea's first Deputy Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) - Mr. YUN Seong-won in framework of the 8th Global Infrastructure Cooperation Conference, GICC 2020, on December 7th.

  • Memorandum of Understanding Signing ceremony between Consultant and Inspection Join Stock Company of Construction Technology and Equipment (CONINCO,JSC) and DINVAI Vietnam Company Limited took place on November 30th at the Ministry of Construction headquarter, with the presence of  Minister of Construction Pham Hong Ha, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to Vietnam Lianys Torres Rivera, Board of Directors of CONINCO,JSC and Board of Directors of DINVAI Vietnam Limited.

  • The second VIETBUILD Hanoi 2020 was officially opened on November 25th, 2020 at the National Construction Exhibition Palace. There were Deputy Minister Nguyen Van Sinh, former Minister of Construction Nguyen Hong Quan, representatives of central agencies and associations at the opening ceremony.

  • In Can Tho city, the Department of Technical Infrastructure - Ministry of Construction cooperated with the German Development Cooperation Organization (GIZ) and the Switzeland’s economic development cooperation (SECO) to organize a closing workshop on Mekong Urban flood resilience and drainage program on November 24th

  • Ministry of Construction (MoC) held a ceremony to award the Medal for the Cause of the Construction industry to Ms. Lyanys Torres Rivera – Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of the republic of Cuba in Vietnam on November 24th.

  • The 4th Vietbuild International Exhibition 2020 is opened in HoChiMinh city on November 4th with the theme “Housing – Architecture and interior and exterior decoration”. The Vietbuild International Exhibition 2020 is under the direction and sponsorship of the Ministry of Construction, co-organized by Information Centre (MoC) and VNREBUILD Real Estate International Exhibition Organizing Company. The exhibition has attracted the participation of nearly 800 booths with new products, advanced technology, and brands of many countries.

  • The Conference “Smart urban planning and management in the urbanization and urban development strategy” was held in Hanoi with the participation of large members of ASEAN smart cities network in both of offline and online on October 22nd. This was one of the seminars within the framework of "ASEAN Smart Cities 2020 Summit & Expo" co-organized by the Ministry of Construction and the Central Economic Committee.
