VIC Construction Joint Venture Company Established on August 6, 1994 under an initiative of the Vietnamese and Cuban governments and the Ministry of Construction, Currently, the partner of the company in Vietnam as Hanoi General Construction Company under the Ministry of Construction, on the side of Cuba as the Quality Courriers International (QCI) under the Cuban Ministry of Construction.
