These inadequacies, can exist in many fields, many levels such as planning transportation infrastructure, electricity and water supply, drainage, collection and handling of solid waste, urban environment, architecture - Landscape ... and related to many subjects: the State management agencies, government municipalities, enterprises and urban people.
According to Minister Nguyen Hong Quan, the conference is a good chance to get to see these important achievements in management and urban development to continuously develop and evaluate the inadequacies and learning experiences in the and international experience to draw practical urban development in Vietnam.
