Mr. Nguyễn Hồng Quân - Member of the Central Committee, Minister of Construction attended and welcome speeches.
According to Phạm Xuân Điều - Director of AMC, the training is the first and very special of AMC because the students are leaders of the urban types III and higher on nationwide. This training will take place in Hanoi for 3 days and 3 days in the Inchon city of South Korea.

For good management and urban development, leadership of municipalities as well as professional staff of the municipality should be equipped with knowledge of the municipality. The training is very necessary for leaders of government urban access knowledge of theory and practice of management and urban development from the world's leading experts in this area, since it applies to the leading management, urban development of their localities.
