Overlapping and ineffective co-ordination between ministries and agencies has been blamed for poor solid waste management in Vietnam’s rural areas.

 

The Italian Embassy in Vietnam and the Hanoi People’s Committee co-organised a seminar at the Imperial Citadel of Thang Long in Hanoi on March 20 aiming to discuss issues related to preservation of cultural heritages and propose recommendations to develop Hanoi into a smart city.
