Ha Noi (June 5th, 2013) – Viglacera Corporation held a groundbreaking ceremony of the project building 2,500 social houses in Dang Xa, Gia Lam District. This is one of the pioneer projects implementing the Government’s Resolution No.2. Minister Trinh Dinh Dung and Chairman of Ha Noi People’s Committee Nguyen The Thao attended and gave a speech at this ceremony.
