The southern province of Bình Dương has issued a plan to develop industrial, urban, service and logistics belts along Ring Road No. 4.

Accordingly, ten urban areas and four ports will be developed on an area of ​​about 2,702 hectares in Bến Cát City.

These urban areas and ports will play an important role in being a traffic hub of Bình Dương Province, and a gateway connecting with HCM City through the Ring Road 4 traffic route.

Total estimated development cost is VNĐ134 trillion (US$5.5 billion).

The project is expected to be completed in 2040.

Investment capital will be mobilised by the province from many different sources such as the State budget, private sectors and bonds.
