The Prime Minister has just signed and promulgated Official Dispatch No.360/CD-TTg on the results of the implementation of the assigned land use plan targets; synthesize land use targets that need to be adjusted in the land use planning up to 2030 and the land use plan up to 2025.

In order to secure the land fund for investment attraction as well as socio-economic development to meet the requirements of industrialisation and modernisation of the country, to develop a synchronous infrastructure system, and to bring the resources of the land into play, the Prime Minister has requested Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to urgently direct functional agencies to base themselves on the National Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, the national land use planning for 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, and local socio-economic development requirements.
The PM has also urged heads of localities to synthesise and incorporate land use norms into provincial planning, submit for appraisal and approval in accordance with law; take full responsibility for aggregated data, the proposal to include land use norms in the planning, and the efficient and economical exploitation, use of the land fund according to the planning.
Ministers of Planning-Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, Construction, Transport, Ministers, Heads of Government Office and relevant ministries and branches shall coordinate with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to report to the Government and submit to the National Assembly for consideration and adjustment of national land use master plan up to 2030.
Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, agencies attached to the Government, Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities are responsible to the Prime Minister and the law for organising the implementation of this official dispatch.
