The Hanoi Architecture Planning Department has announced its delivery of a document adjusting detailed planning for the centre of the Western West Lake Urban Area, at 1/500 scale.
With a population of around 24,300, the urban area will cover over 210 hectares around Xuan La ward, Tay Ho district, Nghia Do ward, Cay Giay district and Xuan Dinh commune, Tu Liem district.
The project will be invested with modern and synchronous architecture and hi-rise and multifunctional buildings with the highlights of West Lake water surface, Huu Nghi park, Hoa Binh park and Thang Long theatre.
A modern and synchronous architecture with green areas for walking will be studied for construction of projects of Ministries and branches./.
