Central Da Nang city is carrying out a project to build 1,558 flats for low-income households.

The 500 billion VND (23.5 million USD) is the first ones in the city that got funding from a Government 30 trillion VND loan package for low-income housing. It is scheduled to complete by the end of third quarter of 2015.
The construction, which is in accordance with Da Nang city’s major social welfare policy, is being implemented by a joint venture between the Manh Duc and DCM-CECICO 579 Joint Stock Companies.
