JICA helps improve HN'S public transport
HàNội Peoples Committee and Japan International Cooperation Agency(JICA) on Feb. 24 signed an agreement on improving the citys publictransport.
The Japan-funded project, worth US $3 million, will be carried out within the following three years.
The project is expected to improve the public transport capacity and increase the number of residents to use public transport in an effort to reduce traffic jams in the city.
At the signing ceremony, the city’s authorities committed to creating favorable conditions for the two sides to actively realize the project./.
